Welcome to Dogtor Lee. These terms explain the rules for using dogtorlee.com, the Dogtor Lee app, and anything you buy from us. By using the site or app, or by making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or app.

1. Who we are

Dogtor Lee is run by Lee's Dog Training LLC, based in Huntington, Indiana ("we," "us," "our").

2. What we offer

  • Online courses and the Dogtor Lee app — instructional dog-training videos, including the Behavior Fixes Bundle, the Aggression course, the Bare Bones and Brave Builder courses, and the full Dogtor Lee app library.
  • Personalized Coaching — a monthly subscription where you send Lee videos and questions about your training and get personal feedback.

Our website and app are hosted on Kajabi. Payments are processed securely by Kajabi and its payment processor, Stripe.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy from us or create an account. A minor may use the content with a parent's or guardian's permission and supervision.
  • Please give us accurate information and keep your login details private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • One purchase is for one person/household. Please don't share your login.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases, but a change won't affect what you've already paid for.
  • One-time purchases (courses and the app) are charged at checkout.
  • Payment plans (for example, 3 payments of $69 for the full system, or 12 monthly payments of $9.99 for the app) will be charged automatically each month until all payments are made. If a payment plan defaults for any reason, including the 12 × $9.99 app plan, the entire remaining balance becomes due, and you'll lose access to your products and services until your account is caught up. Once it's caught up, your access comes back.
  • Older $9.99/month memberships (no longer offered) renew monthly until you cancel, with no remaining balance owed. Once canceled, that older plan can't be restarted.
  • Personalized Coaching ($199/month) renews automatically every month until you cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Taxes may be added where required by law.

5. Lifetime access

"Lifetime access" means you can keep accessing the course or app content you bought for as long as we continue to offer that content through Dogtor Lee, without paying again. We regularly update and improve our videos; content may be revised, reorganized, or replaced over time. If we ever shut down the Dogtor Lee platform entirely, we'll try to give reasonable notice.

6. Refunds and cancellations

  • Course and app purchases come with a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
  • Coaching and other subscriptions can be canceled anytime, by email or from your account; cancellation stops future charges. Subscriptions and coaching aren't covered by the 30-day guarantee.

7. How you may use our content

All videos, text, images, and other materials on Dogtor Lee belong to Lee's Dog Training LLC (or are used with permission) and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to watch and use the content to train your own dog(s). You may not:

  • copy, download (except where the app allows offline viewing), record, share, resell, or post our content anywhere else;
  • share your login or give others access;
  • Professional trainers may use the techniques they learn with their own clients, but may not copy, share, show, or resell the videos or course materials.

"Dogtor Lee" and our logos are our trademarks. Please don't use them without permission.

8. Videos and questions you send us (Coaching and Ask Lee)

  • You keep ownership of the videos, photos, and messages you send us.
  • You give us permission to view, store, and use them to provide coaching and feedback to you.
  • We will not use your videos publicly (for example, in marketing or training content) without asking you first.
  • Only send videos you have the right to share, and please avoid filming other people without their consent.
  • If you send us suggestions or ideas about our products, we may use them without owing you anything.

9. Training disclaimer — please read

  • Results vary. Every dog is different. Results depend on your dog's temperament, history, health, and age, and on how you practice. We can't guarantee any particular result.
  • Dog training involves risk. Dogs can bite, pull, lunge, or react unpredictably, especially dogs with fear, reactivity, or aggression issues. Training can lead to injury to you, your dog, other people, or other animals.
  • You are responsible for your dog. You are responsible for your dog's behavior and safety and for the safety of the people and animals around it, and for following local laws (such as leash and dangerous-dog laws).
  • Training tools. Some of our content shows tools such as prong collars and e-collars (electronic collars). If you use any tool, you're responsible for fitting and using it properly, exactly as shown, and following the manufacturer's instructions. Misused tools can hurt your dog. If you're unsure, stop and ask.
  • Not veterinary advice. Our content is general dog-training education. It isn't veterinary, medical, or behavioral-medicine advice. Behavior changes can have medical causes — talk to your veterinarian about your dog's health, and before starting training if your dog has any health concerns.
  • Serious aggression. If your dog has seriously injured, or is likely to seriously injure, a person or animal, get in-person help from a qualified professional. Online videos and coaching aren't a substitute for that.
  • Coaching feedback is based only on what Lee can see in the videos and information you send. Lee can't see everything that happens off camera.

By using our content, you accept these risks and agree that you are the one making decisions about how you train and handle your dog.

10. Acceptable use

Please don't use the site or app to break the law, harass anyone, upload viruses or harmful code, try to break into our systems or other people's accounts, or scrape or copy our content. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account for breaking these terms, you may lose access to purchased content without a refund.

11. Third-party services

We rely on outside services such as Kajabi (website and app hosting), Stripe (payments), Apple App Store and Google Play (app downloads), and email tools. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services, and we aren't responsible for their outages or errors. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.

12. No warranties

We work hard to make our content accurate and helpful, and to keep the site and app running smoothly. But the site, app, and content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises beyond what's written in these terms — including promises that the service will always be available, error-free, or that it will fit your particular needs.

13. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • Lee's Dog Training LLC, Lee Seibold, and anyone working with us are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for injuries, property damage, or losses that come from training or handling your dog, using training tools, or relying on our content or coaching.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to the site, app, content, or coaching is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Some states don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

14. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of how you trained or handled your dog, how you used our content, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable costs and losses from that claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in or serving Huntington County, Indiana, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Before filing any claim, please contact us first — most problems can be solved with a quick email.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we may also notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the site or app after changes means you accept the updated terms. Changes won't take away a refund you were already entitled to.

17. Other legal details

  • If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce a rule right away, we haven't given up the right to enforce it later.
  • These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about using Dogtor Lee.
