Can't log in?

Use the same email you bought with. Your courses are attached to that email, so a different address won't show them.
Get the Dogtor Lee app and log in with that email:
- Download on the App Store
- Get it on Google Play
On a computer? Open my courses
Forgot your password? Reset my password (click "Forgot Password" on the login page).
Still stuck? Email [email protected]. Tell me the email you bought with and what you're seeing, and we'll sort it out.

Can't find your login email? Your login details are emailed right after checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder too.

What that means for you:

A full refund, back to the card or account you paid with.
No questions asked. You don't have to explain or prove anything.
Each purchase is covered on its own. You can refund an add-on or upgrade by itself, the main purchase, or all of them.
On a payment plan? Ask within 30 days of your first payment and you'll get back what you've paid, and the remaining payments are canceled. After 30 days, payments aren't refunded.

Personal Video Review ($37): refundable any time until I send you my video reply. Once I've sent it, the review has been delivered.

Refunds

How to ask: email [email protected] with the name and email you used to buy. "Please refund my order" is enough.

Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Once a purchase is refunded, your access to that course or app content ends.
Charged by mistake, or charged after you canceled? Email me and I'll fix it quickly. Please reach out before going to your bank. It's usually much faster for everyone.

Canceling

Ask Lee coaching ($199/month)

Cancel anytime. No contract, no cancellation fee.
How: email [email protected], or cancel it yourself from your account on dogtorlee.com.
Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
You keep coaching until the end of the month you've already paid for.
To be upfront: the 30-day money-back guarantee doesn't apply to coaching or other subscriptions. Coaching payments aren't refunded, including the current month and partial months.

Older $9.99/month app membership

This is for members who joined on my older open-ended $9.99/month plan (no longer offered; it includes coaching in the Ask Lee tab).

Cancel anytime with no remaining balance owed.
How: email [email protected], or cancel it yourself from your account on dogtorlee.com.
You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Heads-up: once canceled, that older plan can't be restarted. Because it includes coaching in the Ask Lee tab, you'd lose that too.

Payment plans (12 payments of $9.99, or 3 payments of $69)

A payment plan is a way to pay for a one-time purchase in smaller pieces. It isn't a subscription, so it doesn't work like "cancel anytime."

Within 30 days of your first payment: the money-back guarantee applies. You'll get back what you've paid, and the remaining payments are canceled.
After 30 days: the plan continues through its full term. Payments aren't refunded, and the remaining payments are still owed.
If a payment plan defaults for any reason, including the 12 × $9.99 app plan, the entire remaining balance becomes due, and you'll lose access to your products and services until your account is caught up. Once it's caught up, your access comes back.
