Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident buying from Dogtor Lee (run by Lee's Dog Training LLC, Huntington, Indiana). Here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work.

1. Courses and the app: 30-day money-back guarantee

This covers:

Behavior Fixes Bundle ($47)
Personal Video Review from Lee ($37 checkout add-on; refundable any time until Lee sends your personal video reply, since the service is used up once it's delivered)
Aggression course ($97)
Bare Bones course and Brave Builder course ($47 each)
Full Dogtor Lee system ($197 one-time, or 3 payments of $69; upgrades from an earlier purchase count as part of this). The app's 12 × $9.99 plan is a payment plan, not a subscription: it's covered by this guarantee within 30 days of the first payment, and after that it continues through its full term.

If you're not happy for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

How to ask: Email [email protected] with the name and email address you used to buy. A short note like "Please refund my order" is enough.
What happens: We refund to your original payment method, within 5–7 business days of your request. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Access ends: Once refunded, your access to that course or app content is removed.
Add-ons: Each item is covered on its own — you can refund an add-on or upgrade, the main purchase, or all of them.
Payment plans: If you're on a payment plan and ask within 30 days of your first payment, we'll refund what you've paid and cancel the remaining payments. After 30 days, payments aren't refunded and the remaining payments are still owed. If a payment plan defaults for any reason, including the 12 × $9.99 app plan, the entire remaining balance becomes due, and you'll lose access to your products and services until your account is caught up. Once it's caught up, your access comes back.

2. Personalized Coaching: cancel anytime

Personalized Coaching is $199 per month and renews automatically each month on your billing date until you cancel.

Cancel anytime: You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] or from your account on dogtorlee.com. There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
When it takes effect: Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
No refund for the current month: Coaching payments aren't refunded, including partial months. After you cancel, you keep coaching access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to coaching or other subscriptions.
Limited spots: Coaching spots are limited. If you cancel, your spot may be given to someone else, and there may be a waitlist if you want to come back later.
Price changes: If the monthly price changes, we'll tell you by email 30 days before the new price applies to you, so you can cancel first.

3. Older $9.99/month memberships

Members who joined on our older open-ended $9.99/month plan (no longer offered; it includes coaching in the Ask Lee tab) can cancel anytime with no remaining balance owed. Once canceled, that older plan can't be restarted.

4. Charged by mistake?

If you think you were charged incorrectly, or charged after you canceled, email us and we'll fix it quickly. Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank — it's usually much faster for everyone.
